Experience with Dr. himself is always very good, however, I was very specific with him before I left the office that I would let him know or the office know where to call my prescription into that he prescribed for me.
Where the communication got dropped. I do not know, but I got a notification from express scripts about the medication that The doctors office called in when I hadn’t really decided where I was going to get the medication yet. So maybe it would be helpful for you to see where the miscommunication occurred cause it took me about 30 minutes to get my insurance company on the line to let them know I had not authorized it yet.

We only had a short wait and despite doing double duty the nurse was friendly and efficient. We appreciated how painless the suprapubic catheter replacement was this time - unlike our prior visits.
